I’m honored to be nominated to the Board of the Postharvest Education Foundation (PEF) and was thrilled to attend the first board meeting of 2025!

It was a pleasure to interact with fellow board members and exchange valuable insights. We had a productive discussion reviewing the successes of our ongoing projects and laid out a strategic path forward—focused on impact, innovation, and global collaboration.

Looking ahead to a year filled with meaningful partnerships and progress as we work towards reducing food losses and strengthening postharvest systems worldwide.
